1. Service
Space Planner offers creative and preliminary tools assisted by artificial intelligence. Results may contain errors, variations, or unfeasible elements and should always be reviewed before a purchase, work, or technical decision.
2. Account
You must provide correct data, protect your password, and report any unauthorized use. You may not use the service to infringe rights, generate illegal content, attempt to access external systems, or deliberately overload the platform.
3. User content
You retain the rights you have over the images, texts, and plans you provide. You grant us only the necessary permission to process them, transmit them to the configured AI provider, and return the result to you. You declare that you have the right to use this material.
4. AI results
We do not guarantee that a result is unique, accurate, compliant with regulations, or suitable for construction. Walls, installations, doors, windows, or structural elements should not be modified without professional verification. The generated sizes and proportions must also be validated.
5. External products
Recommendations may include affiliate links. The purchase is formalized with the external merchant, who is responsible for the price, stock, delivery, returns, and warranty. Always check the information on the destination page.
6. Plans and payments
Prices, features, and periodicity are shown before contracting. Payments are processed via Stripe. Cancellations and plan changes are managed from the billing portal, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
7. Availability and liability
We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or third-party reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for construction decisions or purchases made without proper verification.
